1️⃣ Find Your Footing. Start with a free 30-minute consultation to discuss what you'd like to explore and whether it feels like a good fit
2️⃣ Set the Direction. In an intake session, we clarify your goals and break them into small, workable pieces.
3️⃣ Take One Step at a Time. At the start of each session, you choose what you want to focus on. Sessions can be individual or shared with a partner or partners, depending on what you want to explore.
Every session is different but they typically include:
Talking through what's coming up
Noticing what's happening in your body
Trying a simple practice
Leaving with a practice to experiment with between sessions.
I'm currently at capacity for new coaching clients. But I'm also completing a new certification and later this year I'll be offering a limited number of free sessions as part of my training.
