Classes, workshops, and shared learning experiences focused on embodiment, choice, and connection
New classes and workshops coming up in 2027.
Here are a few of my previous offerings.
Awareness: Noticing sensations, understanding your body's signals, and recognizing yes, no, and maybe.
Choice: Being with what’s happening so you have more choice in how you respond.
Expression: Asking for what you want, naming limits, and making clear agreements.
Aliveness: Exploring joy, desire, and pleasure at your own pace.
A drop-in class series. Each class offers one simple practice to help you slow down and listen to what your body wants.
They come in two flavors: Body Basics (strictly platonic framing) and Erotic Essentials.

Workshops are tailored to your setting — from professional environments to community spaces.
My workshops are influenced and inspired by the Wheel of Consent® as developed by Dr. Betty Martin. I have trained with the School of Consent, but I am not a certified facilitator.
