I'm studying sexological bodywork and entering the final stage of my training. I'm offering up to 5 free sessions for adults during November - January while I complete the required client hours for certification.
As a practitioner-in-training, I check in with a supervisor during this time, but your identity and session details remain confidential.
Sexological Bodywork is a body-based form of sex education. It’s built on the same foundation as my coaching work and adds more experiential ways of learning, including working with arousal, eroticism, and touch.
The goal is simple:
notice more,
say what you actually want,
and open up more paths to pleasure.
We get there with tools like touch, breath, movement, sound, and mindful awareness.
What we work on, and how we work on it, is shaped around what you want to learn or change.

get to know your own anatomy through body mapping and noticing sensation
notice and shift go-to patterns and habits around masturbation or touch
explore turn-on from a quiet flicker to full intensity, with more say in how it builds, slows, or holds steady
receive touch without feeling like you owe something back
explore anal pleasure and sensation with more ease and confidence
explore how gender shows up in your relationship to your body, touch, or pleasure
You don't need to know exactly what you want going in.
Curiosity is enough to start.
We start with a conversation about what brought you here, what you're curious about, and what you'd like to feel or understand differently. You don't need a clear answer yet, figuring that out is part of the work.
Practice noticing what's happening in your body. Naming a limit out loud. Asking for what you want, or saying no without a whole explanation. Sometimes this includes simple touch for settling, with nothing to do and nothing to perform.
Once the foundation is solid, touch can become a bigger part of the learning. Depending on what you want, that might include mindful touch, breath practices, sensation mapping, and exploring turn-on itself. You can pause, change, or stop at any point.
Touch is always your choice, and it's always one-way: from me to you, led by you, and in service of what you want to learn. Some people want more touch-focused work from the start, some add it later, and some never do.
Plan for a sequence: These sessions tend to work best as a series rather than a one-time experience, so I encourage volunteers to plan for 3-5 sessions if possible.
Location options: Sessions can be online or in person at my private home office in Fort Collins. Online sessions can include guided self-touch, mapping, breath, movement, and other embodied practices, while meeting in person opens up more options for practitioner touch. I encourage in-person sessions when possible, and we can also discuss additional locations if needed.
Cancellation policy: Because these hours count toward my certification, I ask that you treat scheduled sessions as a real commitment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
Schedule a 30 minute discovery call and see if it feels like a yes.
